"I hired William Jackson of HDT Sound to connect my whole house sound system and wall mount two large TVs. Basically the house I just purchased was wired for sound throughout but the previous owner took his receiver and the one he left was outdated. I had no idea what to do with all those wires! William promptly came out to my house to assess the job and provide me with an estimate. William recommended some receivers that would meet my needs and I made the purchase. We then scheduled an appointment for install. William and his apprentice arrived on time and went to work. William completed the job in a thorough, professional manner and explained how the system worked. He took the time to properly tag all wires to identify them which was very nice/helpful. In fact, the guys went beyond the scope of work by helping me move a large, heavy entertainment table from the garage to my bedroom. Awesome! "William is great! I initially called him to simply set up my system. However, a day before he arrived, I had a lightning strike that took out my surround sound receiver, cable box and Blu-ray. After William arrived, he discovered it also took out my 3D projector and thru-the-ceiling HDMI cable. Obviously what had originally been a relatively simple job for William had become much more complex. Without video, we really could not setup the receiver. He offered to go home on his time and learn about my receiver while I ordered a new projector and cable.
